Yes. A concrete driveway can be cleaned, prepared and coated with a durable finish designed for vehicle traffic. The important part is preparation — the concrete must be degreased, repaired and etched or primed so the coating bonds. Coating straight over dirty or sealed concrete is what causes peeling, so we never skip the prep.
Not when it's done properly. We add a non-slip additive to the coating so the surface keeps its grip in the wet — important for a driveway in Melbourne's climate. A plain smooth coating with no grit can get slippery, which is exactly why we include the non-slip finish as standard.
Yes. Once we've degreased and cleaned the concrete, the coating covers oil stains, tyre marks and general discolouration with a fresh, even colour. Deep-set oil is lifted as much as possible during cleaning so it doesn't bleed through, then the coating gives you a clean, uniform surface.
